Powerlifting/Strength Training - 1 Month (Training + Nutrition)
This is the most in depth training option I provide, as I will personally create a plan for you dependent on your goals and current body type. This option is ideal for those who are looking for Powerlifting meet prep, or for those who would like a personalized plan, accountability, and unlimited access to me through email and text. This option is good for 4 weeks of training and nutrition, with your programming changing weekly, depending on factors determined by the weekly check-ins, such as noticeable photo difference/lagging muscle groups, energy levels, motivation levels, and more. In addition, I will schedule nutritional changes such as refeeds days, carb/calorie cycling, and changes in macronutrient numbers as I see fit. I also encourage and welcome form-check videos and specifics on where you will be doing your training at, as this helps me make your plan as individualized as possible.
